For self catering accommodation we try to provide anything that may be required (within reason!) and our houses are equipped with essentials such as highchairs, sterilisers, plastic cutlery and crockery. We also provide travel cots, stair gates, baby monitors, safety plug covers, change mats and night lights... the list goes on. If you need something - just ask!

We make sure your stay is more fun for kids by giving our houses quirky little features for them to explore. And to entertain them from the moment they arrive, we provide a range of diversions from toy boxes to books and games, and from children's DVD's to dressing up boxes.

Our Family Friendly Homes

Number Sixteen is ideal for little crawlers and toddlers and has easy to clean solid maple flooring throughout the open plan ground floor, so they can play while you keep an eye on them.

Number Sixteen has a small rear garden and is a two minute stroll from the local park. Nearby, there are riding stables, the riverside Trans-Pennine trail, plus a good selection of shops, a pharmacy and post office in the village.

The Town House is arranged over three floors and, with two flights of stairs, is better suited to older children. With huge picture windows and window seats in the lounge, it’s perfect for playing eye spy or watching the world go by. The secure enclosed garden is great on sunny days and the integral garage with remote control door is ideal for hiding away prams and buggies after a stroll to the nearby park.
