FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Is it possible to view a property before I book?
    Yes this can be arranged depending on occupancy of the property at the time. Please call us on 07743 377915 to arrange a mutually convenient time to view.
  • What is your booking procedure?
    At present we do not have an online booking procedure. Please contact us via the contact us form or call us on 07743 377915 to confirm availability and make a booking. Our booking process is as follows:- 1. You will be sent a booking form to complete and return along with 2 forms of ID. 2. A deposit invoice is raised and send to guest for payment by return. 3. On receipt of deposit payment full booking confirmation is issued to guest. 4. Balance of payment is required no later than 14 days prior to arrival. At the time of booking, we will check for any specific requirements that you may have (e.g. high chairs, travel cots, welcome hamper) and will make sure you have everything you need upon arrival to settle in.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We are happy to accept payment by bank transfer or cash.
  • What are the arrival and departure times?
    Check in time is from 3pm on the day of your arrival and we ask that you check out by 10:30am on your dap of departure. However, we are flexible on check in and check out times and we will try to accommodation your needs so please ask at the time of booking.
  • How do I Check-in?
    We will meet with you personally at the property to welcome you and show you around the house and answer any questions you may have. We arrange a check-in time in advance with you and keep in touch on the day in case of any travel delays etc. We’re only a phone call away in case of any issues en route.
  • Do you accept pets?
    We regret that pets are not allowed in our properties.
  • What facilities are in the short term rental?
    A detailed overview of each property can be found on the property page. As standard all properties have a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer.
  • What do I need to bring?
    We recommend that you bring adapters and charges. All TV’s have an HDMI cable input but please bring your own cable if you wish to watch TV through your mobile or tablet.
  • What is included with in the cost?
    Our rates include rental, utilities, internet and housekeeping service to ensure you stay is comfortable. All homes come as standard fully furnished with crockery, cookware, dishes, utensils, linens, iron, ironing board and hairdryers.
  • Can Additional Beds/Travel Cots be provided?
    Yes. A travel cot can be provided free of charge. Single foldaway bed hire is £20 per night and includes bed linen and towels. Please let us know at the time of booking should any of the above items be required.
